At ForgeDesk, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how it's used, and the steps we take to ensure your data is safeguarded when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request support, or otherwise communicate with us. This info may include your name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
We also automatically collect certain information when you access our services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and data about your interactions with our platform.

- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests.
- Communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events offered by ForgeDesk.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:
- With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.
- In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.
5. PDF Signer File Handling
Files you upload into ForgeDesk's PDF Signer are handled locally in your active session so you can review and work with them in the browser.
ForgeDesk does not keep a saved copy of the PDFs you upload into PDF Signer as part of that workflow.
Those files are cleared from the PDF Signer experience when you remove them, refresh the page, or leave the PDF Signer screen.
6. Your Choices
You may update, correct, or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account or by contacting us. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
